Paintball Loaders

The loader is one of the most overlooked pieces of equipment in the sport of paintball. Many new players think that a basic loader is enough and that your rate of fire is determined solely by how fast you can pull the trigger. The truth is, you can pull the trigger continuously as fast as you want, but if the loader can't feed the balls fast enough, you're just wasting propellant.

Standard paintball loaders simply hold the paintballs in place and have a channel down which the balls pass. The problem is that when you are running around the field there is the possibility that balls will not fall into the tube correctly, forcing you to shake the gun and get the balls fed again. During that moment on the field, you can easily be hit and your side will be short another teammate.

Today's newer loaders are great because they offer electronic loading and motorized movement of the balls. Once they are chambered, they are carried conveyer-style to the bolt so you never have to worry about misfiring. Electronic hoppers can also keep up with how fast you pull the trigger so you never waste a shot.
