complete your order with Assassinspaintball.com your credit card information
goes with you. It is only in our system long enough to accept your payment,
once payment is no one can ever get a hold of your information. That is why
we can never automatically add or charge money to your account, the only way
we can add items to your order or upgrade shipping to your order is to first
contact you to get your payment information so that a valid charge can be
made. This assures you that A) You indeed authorized the charges / payment,
and B) That your credit card cannot be charged without obtaining your
information from you.
Free Shipping Policy: All orders over $100/00 U.S. dollars qualify for free UPS
ground shipping to the continental United States. The ground shipping
service includes insurance for lost or stolen packages, shipping and
delivery confirmation, tracking information as well as guaranteed delivery
times.
NOTICE: Hawaii and Alaska: UPS will only ship to these
places via Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air. All customers need to select 2nd
Day Air or Next Day Air if requesting shipment to these locations for orders
to be shipped.
Live Inventory: Assassins Paintball now has live inventory to help us in
making sure that we do not oversell our products and that what you order
will be in stock. If for some reason our system fails, you will be notified
either by phone or email or both and you will receive an incentive on your
next order.
24 Shipping Policy:
Any order that is placed is guaranteed to ship
within 24 hours unless notified otherwise. All orders placed Friday,
Saturday, or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday. Larger orders
($700.00+) will take 2-3 business days to ship so that we are able to
properly verify billing and shipping information with the cardholder and the
cardholder’s bank. This is for your safety and ours.
Return Policy:
Most orders made with Assassins Paintball are eligible for return (excluding
special order items, closeout items, paintballs) That’s right, most
order’s that are made with Assassins Paintball are eligible for return
provided we are notified within 7 days of you receiving your product, all
returns must include the following: Original packaging undamaged, product
must be unused and in brand new condition, an original sale of receipt must
be returned with the product. Any items you wish to return after the 7-day
period are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
