Service
When Shopping with Assassins
Paintball.com we strive to offer the best fastest
service. As long as an item ordered is in stock,
and you place your order by 3pm pst. Your order
will ship the same business day, and you will be
notified with a tracking # the following morning. If a item is not in stock we will
call / email you with the proper instructions on
how to expedite the handling of your order..
When you shop with Assassins
Paintball.com we care about our customers
protection. If anything looks suspicious about
your credit card info. Our staff will contact you
for verification. For your protection and ours, all FIRST TIME ORDERS are only SHIPPED to the BILLING ADDRESS of the Credit Card. The only way around this is if you have an alternate shipping address added to your credit card account. In which case, you must enter your Credit Card Customer Service phone number into the Comments box so we can call and verify that Alternate Shipping address with them.
Payment Methods
Credit Card
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard,American
Express, and Paypal as a method of payment.
If you wish to pay via Money Order call us at (877)
277-2704 we will gladly take you telephone order
and instruct you on how to go about getting your
order filled..
COD
You must call in your order and
a C.O.D. fee of $15.00 will be charged to your
order.
Checks
Checks are being accepted as a
method of payment, however the check must be
received first before the order is shipped..
Shipping
Assassins Paintball reserves the right to modify the
shipping charges to any order that did not
calculate properly.
Shipping
is determined by the weight of the items
ordered and the method of shipping chosen.
Included in the charge are delivery
confirmation, packaging and handling. We
will notify you beforehand for approval of
any order that has a significant change in
shipping cost.
UPS Shipping
We Ship out Items Monday-Friday, so if you
order on a weekend, don't expect any updates
on your order until Monday. UPS Shipping is
on a Monday-Friday Business Schedule. Only
UPS Next Day Air has a Saturday Delivery
option which runs about $10 above the
standard cost of shipping. For next day air
if you want Saturday delivery on an order
placed Thursday evening or Friday early day,
please specify so in the comments box. All
other shipping methods are Monday-Friday,
which means if we 2nd Day Air something to
you on Thursday, you will not receive it
until Monday (the 2 business days being
Friday, then Monday). UPS is closed on all
Holidays which means there are no pick ups
or deliveries on holidays. For an Estimate

International Orders
Currently
we ship to the United States, Canada and
Puerto Rico. We can only ship outside of
these contries if payment is made with
American Express and the address can be
verified.
Hawaii and Alaska
UPS will only ship to these places via Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air.
All
Air Systems and Co2 Tanks can only be
shipped empty due to transportation
regulations.
Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers are updated at the end of each
business day. They get inputted into the
online system around 5:30 - 6:00 PM PST.
The system emails the tracking number to
whatever email you entered when you placed
the order. If you did not get an email
confirmation of your order initially, this
means you most likely entered the wrong
email address. UPS orders can be tracked at UPS.com,
and Priority Mail orders can be tracked at USPS.gov.
Returns
When you shop with Assassins Paintball.com, we offer all of our customers a 7-day Money Back Guarantee on most of the items that we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase contact us (by phone or email) to receive a return authorization number. The items must be in brand new and saleable condition to qualify for a return. Paintball Guns, tanks, special order items and clothing are not eligible for return. If upon its return the item is inspected and deemed in not new condition by Assassins Paintball the item may be returned to you at your expense or a restocking fee of up to 30% may be assessed at Assassins Paintballs discretion. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Our goal at Assassins Paintball is your complete satisfaction.
Exchanges / Store Credit
Only unused, unopened items may be returned for
credit. If you attempted to install, fire,
wear or wash an item it is considered used.
No returns/exchanges accepted on paintballs
under any circumstances.
All items returned to Assassins Paintball are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Prior to shipping any returns to Assassins Paintball you
must call to receive a Return Authorization.
Any package shipped to us that we have not
given a Return Authorization to will be
refused and returned to sender at the
sender’s expense.
Any
products returned to Assassins Paintball that does
not meet our return requirements will be
returned to sender at the sender’s
expense.
Inspect
your products upon receipt. No returns or
exchanges accepted after 7 days of receiving
shipment.
Product Warranty
All
products are sent out in brand new condition
from the manufacturer. All companies we deal
with are very reputable and stand behind
their products 100%. If for any reason there
is a problem out of the box or over time
with a product, you will have to refer to
the manufacturer's warranty. You can contact
us to find out how contact the manufacturer
of your product if you are unsure or having
trouble doing so.
Guns:
Any aftermarket modifications to your gun
may void your manufacturer warranty. Note
that wear and tear from normal use of a gun
is common and might result in needing to
replace common o-rings and seals. Read all
instructions that accompany your paintball
gun and especially take note of recommended
Maintenance from the manufacturer. This will
help you to have your equipment as reliable
and functional as possible.
Neither
Assassins Paintball nor the Product Manufacturer
is liable for any shipping charges on a
defective/broken product.
All
warranties are provided by and serviced by
the manufacturer of the corresponding
product. Assassins Paintball does not provide any
warranty service.
Paintballs
The
most cost effective method of shipping
paintballs is UPS Ground. Next Day Air, 2nd
Day Air, and 3 Day Select will have high
shipping cost due to the heavy weight of
paintballs. Priority mail will also be
expensive and will not deliver more than 1
Case, due to weight restrictions.
We inspect each case before shipping for broken or damaged paint. Once the paintballs leave our door, we have no control over UPS and the treatment of packages.
There are no returns/exchanges on paintballs. All paintball sales are FINAL.
Calculating Shipping Prices in the United States!
Shipping costs vary depending on items to be shipped, shipping method, and the destination of the products to be shipped.
Shipping costs can be calculated on our
website by SIMULATING a sale. Please enter
all SHIP TO information as if you were
making a purchase. You can then calculate
different forms of shipping methods for
different shipping costs on the items you
have chosen.
DO NOT enter credit card information if you are just calculating shipping prices!
